Shipping & Delivery
PROCESSING
I ship orders once a week, typically on Mondays or Tuesdays.
Custom orders, such as commissions, are made-to-order and usually ready to ship within two months.
By using your email at check out, you will be able to receive notifications about your order.
SHIPPING
Orders are shipped from Helsinki, Finland, Europe.
By default orders are shipped as Priority Letters. Priority is cheap and does not include tracking. You can add tracking to your order by adding a Tracked Shipping Upgrade from Misc products to your order.
Estimated delivery times for Priority mail:
- Finland: 2–4 working days
- Within Europe: 1–2 weeks
- Everywhere else: 2–6 weeks
The estimates do not include the time required for possible Customs clearance.
CUSTOMS DUTIES & IMPORT FEES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your order, contact me within 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value and a refund may not be issued. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact me at info[at]kuuriimu.com. If your return is accepted, I’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Items can only be returned for a refund for the price paid after promotions or discounts have been applied; shipping fees are non-refundable.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. If you receive damaged or wrong items or your order gets lost in the mail, please contact me for a refund or, depending on stock, a possible replacement.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as commissions). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
The easiest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
